Points to consider

  • No vids :\ Too busy
  • The 45lb bar was in use so I used the 35lb bar. I was a little thrown off by the circles available on the bar, but overall didn't notice too much of a difference
  • Ended up lifting 35lb bar + 65lb each side = 165lb
  • The lift was tough but I felt that my form stayed together throughout

Points to consider

  • Failed reps. First set did 5, 2nd: 3, 3rd: 3, 4th: 2, 5th: 2
  • Not feeling like my feet are pushing off of the floor and supporting my upper back. Try to bring my feet in more, create more of an arch in my back and test if I can feel more anchored on my upper back with this method.

  • Stalled again and lacking confidence that I'll be able to complete the effort next time. Will try one more time and this weight and then deload by 10%
