Points to consider

  • Continuing to experiment with consistent pre-lift setup: arms length away, right foot forward, find bar position on back with min force, then step both feet under the bar.
  • I seem to have a slight habit of moving forward or wobbling a bit on the eccentric motion as seen in the 4th rep. What can be done about this?
  • Felt light headed towards the end of the recorded set
  • After finishing squats, my body (especially legs) felt pretty taxed but the rest of the workout still went OK. And there was no excessive soreness the next day or in the hips

  • Successful reps: 5, 4, 5, 4, 4
  • I think I'm getting better at the hip movements
  • First rep often felt quite hard and then 2/3 were easier. Why?
  • Still working on moving my head less as I have a tendency to stress my neck

  • This weight felt very manageable. Curious what will be noticed as the weight becomes harder to handle.
