Squats
Points to consider
- Held the bar a bit higher on back and it was less likely to start to slide down.
- Trying to create a more repeatable process of approaching and setting up for the lift
Bench press
Points to consider
- Successful reps: 5, 5, 4, 3, 3 . Better than last time!
- Tried to derive more force from the lower body, but still working to be successful with that.
- Seems like I can perform at least 2 reps per deep breadth
Barbell row
Points to consider
- Successful reps: 4, 3, 3, 3, 4
- Balancing on my feet can make a dramatic difference with regards to how difficult the weight feels.
