Left elbow is still feeling a bit sore: golfers elbow? but it does feel like it's improved since last week.

  • Sometimes I feel like I lean forward a bit when rebounding. I can feel the weight moving towards the ball of my foot.
  • Experiment with keeping elbows more tucked into my sides and being pulled towards each other to keep my chest up?

  • Still trying to feel lower body contribution
  • Maintaining a consistent bar path continues to be difficult.
  • Trying to find the balance of how much to relax my arms on the way down while still maintaining sufficient control.

  • Deloaded to 130lb and was able to do 5x5
  • Hips were a bit too high today?
