After doing hot yoga last night and probably not getting enough sleep, this workout was very shaky. Along with still being out of the groove, the weights in this workout felt harder than I expected.
Squats

- 5x5 @ 225lb; 5 min rests between sets
- Didn't use a belt for the first set, but I did for the subsequent ones
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 2x5 @ 105lb; failed to finish 2nd set with only 4 reps; 5min rests
- 1x5 @ 100lb; Only got 4 reps; 5 min rest
- 2x5 @ 95lb; finished these, but very shaky! 5 min rests
