After doing hot yoga last night and probably not getting enough sleep, this workout was very shaky. Along with still being out of the groove, the weights in this workout felt harder than I expected.

  • 1x5 @ 110lb; Only got 3 reps; 5 min rests
  • 2x5 @ 105lb; Only able to complete 4 reps in each set


Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 305lb
  • Form did not look good to me :( Tired and uncoordinated. Hips shooting up, back rounding, blah
