  • 5x5 @ 240lb with 4 to 5 min rests
  • Decided to bump to to 240lb for 5x5 rather than 235lb. How am I going to feel tomorrow?
  • From the back video, it looks like my wrists start to flex over the bar a bit as I descend. I don't want that to happen

  • 4x5 @ 105lb then 1x5 @ 100lb with 4 to 5 min rests
  • All sets were successful, but I was feeling pretty shaky by the last set (both upper and lower body)


Points to consider

  • 3x7 @ +25lb
  • successful reps: 7, 7, 6
  • Wanted to hit 7 on the final set and I got very close, but I'm still pretty happy to have hit 6 after so much OHP volume
