  • 3x5 @ 90lb with 1/2 min rests
  • Had to use the 35lb bar and clean it from the floor. Kinda fun although I'm not used to how the small diameter bar sits in my palm

  • 1x3 @ 95lb, 2x3 @ 115lb, 1x3 @ 125lb, 1x3 @ 135lb with 1/2 min rests
  • Didn't go too heavy since, well, it's supposed to be a recovery day and my confidence in power clean form is not high
