Points to consider

  • Felt a little bit of lower back strain. I think it was from my first set. Tried to lean too much horizontal with torso and ended up rounding lower back?
  • I continue to wonder how much I should bend the torso as I appear to stay more vertical than other videos, but maybe that's just better for my torso size?


Points to consider

  • I'd like to get the camera to be higher. Around the same height as safety bars would be nice to see variations of my chest height.
  • The bar hits differ places on my chest. Try to be more consistent about where it touches.
