    • Make sure elbows are in front of the bar at the bottom
    • I don't think I'm getting the rebound timing right after the forward hip thrust. It's not so much a rebound as it is a wind up. Wind up with the hips going forward and the torso angling backwards. Then push up at the same time as pulling the hips back to combine those effects. ya?
    • Try a slightly narrower grip?
