  • Felt a bit intimidated by this weight so I'm glad to have this attempt out of the way
  • Successful reps: 5, 4, 2

Bench press

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 140lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 4, 3, 3
  • Benching too infrequently to feel very comfortable

Power clean

Points to consider

  • 5x3 @ 95lb with 2 min rests
  • Only did 4 sets, as I ran out of time
  • The day afer this workout, my traps were a bit sore.
