Squats
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 225lb with 5 to 10 min rests
- Successful reps: 5, 3, 3
- On this 2nd attempt of 225, I felt a lot more confident. Still didn't complete all reps, but I think a lot of that was due to being tired.
- Still trying to fight sliding forward with my knees at bottom
- Also still trying to get more consistent at hips coming straight up and not forward. Getting it on some reps
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 100lb with 5 min rests
- Successful reps: 4, 3, 3
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 275lb
- Felt good and overhand grip held up
