Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 225lb with 5 to 10 min rests
  • Successful reps: 5, 3, 3
  • On this 2nd attempt of 225, I felt a lot more confident. Still didn't complete all reps, but I think a lot of that was due to being tired.
  • Still trying to fight sliding forward with my knees at bottom
  • Also still trying to get more consistent at hips coming straight up and not forward. Getting it on some reps

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 100lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 4, 3, 3

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 275lb
  • Felt good and overhand grip held up
