Squats

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 175lb with 4/5 min rests
  • Mostly felt well controlled, but check out the possible low back rounding at the bottom of reps

Bench press

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 135lb with 5 min rests
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 ; rushed to do the final set and didn't feel as controlled/focused as I would have liked. I was almost able to lock out the final rep.
  • The rack setup was not even and that took some adjustment as when I setup the bar was at a slight angle.

Barbell row

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 145lb with 5 minute rests
  • Was tough to finish. First few reps were fine, but I could feel fatigue catching up on 4 and 5.
  • No vid, but on the final reps I could feel my chest come forward to touch the bar. Make sure chest stays above hips and hips are not thrusting to complete the reps. right?
