    • Finally had success at 80lb! Didn't actually feel super hard
    • My movement is finally becoming more fluid: getting the bar over my head and then getting under it.
    • Not waiting too long at the bottom between reps continues to feel good.


    Points to consider

    • Heaviest deadlift so far and no lower back pain, but I still question if I'm effectively spreading the load across muscles. Glutes and hamstrings, I think, could be better utilized.
