Started workout around 7:30am. Lighter squats since it has been 1 week since my last workout and I don't want to feel excessively sore tomorrow.

  • 3 min rests. felt ok.
  • Balance felt pretty decent today

Overhead press

  • Successful reps: 4, 4, 3, 3, 3
  • Had a tough time feeling coordinated for the first couple of sets
  • Still experimenting with how to hold and position my neck during the exercise

  • Still feel like I'm not doing this quite right and not getting enough force from my legs/glutes
