Legs were not sore after the last workout, which was nice. My lower back was feeling a little tight/sore.

The day after this workout, my lower back feels better. Yoga and rest helped?! Still getting used to the soreness and tightness that comes and goes with weights and an understanding of what level of discomfort is manageable.
