  • 5x5 @ 105lb; 4/5 min rests
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 3
  • After only 3 reps on 4th set, I dropped down to 100lb and only got 4 reps at that weight

  • 5x3 @ 145lb; distractions happened so I only did the first 2 sets. Felt OK
