New work and school schedule has been making workouts a little less consistent than over the summer. Adjustments will be made, but at the moment I'm still trying to figure out how and when workouts fit
Squats

- Felt a little tougher than I may want for a recovery session
Overhead press

- 3x5 @ 90lb; 1 min rests
- Moved well and I stayed tight throughout. Started to feel the fatigue coming on the last set
After OHP, I did hangboard rehab for ~30 minutes before doing bodyweight pullups
Pullups

- 3 sets of bodyweight pullups
- successful reps: 10, 10, 8
- A bit surprised that 10 still feels so challenging. The first 3 to 5 felt very easy; however, I was feeling pretty tired on this day
