Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 225lb with 4/5 min rests
  • Form felt better than last heavy lift

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 100lb with 5/6 min rests
  • Felt a bit tired and had to grind at the end of the 3rd set to finish, but I did it!

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 305lb
  • Grip started to fail at top of last rep. Other than that, I think the set went well.
