Squats
Points to consider
- Lower back still feeling OK. Felt tired at the end, but that day (and the next) I noticed no pain
- Played around with using the belt on the 1st and 2nd notches.
- Alan Thrall recommends 'pulling back' with your elbows to keep the chest raised. Try it out and see if that helps.
Bench press
Points to consider
- Felt a bit wobbly on the way up. Think about how to be more consistent with the upward push from both arms
- I don't think my lower body and feet are really contributing much atm.

- Lower back rises a bit at the start of most reps. Compare against other row vids
