  • Lower back still feeling OK. Felt tired at the end, but that day (and the next) I noticed no pain
  • Played around with using the belt on the 1st and 2nd notches.
  • Alan Thrall recommends 'pulling back' with your elbows to keep the chest raised. Try it out and see if that helps.

  • Felt a bit wobbly on the way up. Think about how to be more consistent with the upward push from both arms
  • I don't think my lower body and feet are really contributing much atm.
