Points to consider

  • The weight didn't feel too heavy, but I'm finally starting to be challenged
  • As seen in the front vid, it appears that my right arm may not be locking out at the top and there is still some asymmetry in the exercise.
  • I continue to try to be more consistent about the spot the bar touches my chest, but it still varies quite a bit.
