Limit bouldering and bodyweight circuit


Hit the gym for a couple of hours to concentrate on bouldering with a focus on trying to focus on pulling hard single moves though I still can find myself getting sucked into power-endurance style problems.

Bouldered for about 2 hours.

Since I was planning on resting the next day, I added a bodyweight circuit after the bouldering session. As I find the gym a boring place to just rest, I took just a 10 min rest after bouldering before starting the circuit. Probably not enough rest and the result can be seen in my diminishing number of reps in the 2nd and 3rd sets.
