ARC training


Had a good dinner and slept well last night, which probably contributed to my body actually feeling ready for more exercise today. Went to the climbing gym and did two 45 minute ARC sets. Moved slowly and stayed on easy routes for most of the first set. Took a 15/20 minute rest and then did another 45 minutes. The second set included more 5.12s (only climbing up) and 5.11s. Stayed just about pumped for almost the entire 2nd set.

I had scheduled tabata style sprints for the afternoon, but my legs and my mind are tired of the past days of focused effort and trying hard. Maybe I'll just go for a walk or easy jog later. Just enjoying the weather and relaxing with easy movements.
