  • 5x5 @ 175lb with 4/5 min rests
  • Overall I felt a bit tired, but felt good about form.
  • Not really trusting the off balance look of the bar in videos. It may be true, but more investigation and testing is required. Plan to use the safety bars (and move them up a little) to give more perspective.

  • 5x5 @ 100lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 5, 3, 4, 3, 4
  • Tough but I feel like I'm learning to keep my legs, glutes and abs tighter and more coordinated


Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 245lb
  • Take side/angle vid that also shows my chest/shoulders at the end
  • Try to bend at hips first when lowering bar to ensure I don't hit my knee caps on the way down by bending my knees too soon
