- ugh, it all just went not well. successful reps: 4, 2, 0
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5x3 @ 110lb with 4-6 min rests
- felt worst with the belt and also I was playing with pushing hips so far forward that my balance shifted to the ball of my feet. Unstable and shitty. Other sets were less grindy
- Big chest, elbows just in front of bar and moderate hip action seems to be working best for now
