Neck still feeling better, but not 100%. Felt tired today, but decided to try to push thru and had not so great results. Not sleeping well nor eatting enough for the last week+ has had an effect. No videos today :\


Points to consider

  • Felt tired walking to the gym. Should have taken that as a sign not to push it
  • Got thru 3 sets of 5 @ 185lb. All sets felt very hard
  • Started forth set, but felt terrible so I just stopped after the first rep

Bench press

  • 5x5 @ 130lb
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
  • despite being tired, I think I'm getting a little better at benching

Barbell row

Points to consider

  • Felt tired so tried to get more volume at lower weight
  • 5 sets at 120lb: 8, 7, 6, 7, 6
