Squats

Points to consider

  • 155lb for 5x10
  • 5,6 minute rests
  • successful reps: 10, 10, 10, 10, 8, 5
  • Still working on pulling elbows down and in.
  • feel like I'm losing grip of the bar deep into the set. my back may be getting tired then and so the bar slips down a bit? May try a slightly narrower grip and see if that helps to keep my upper back tighter.

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • Tried for 5x10 @ 70lb
  • Successful reps: 8, 7, 6, 6, 7, 6
  • Did 40 total, but then had to give up the bar to someone else
  • Neck and form feeling better though still not super comfortable.
  • Need to get another vid

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 195lb
  • Felt pretty easy
  • Again, would like to see another vid
