Right wrist is still an issue, but is starting to feel better. Felt a bit tired so I scaled back on the squats. At 165lbs, they didn't feel easy so maybe the reduction was a good move

Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5x5 @ 95lb with 5 min rests.
- successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
- shaky getting 5 reps on the 4th set and I was worried about hurting my neck, but it's now the next day and my neck still feels OK
- Might be worth trying to do 3 reps in first breadth and then 2 reps in the 2nd breadth
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 225lb
- Felt a bit iffy on my wrist, but not so painful that I wasn't able to finish
- Lower back didn't felt fine
- Somehow bruised just above my knees. Due to sloppy lower?
