Right wrist is still an issue, but is starting to feel better. Felt a bit tired so I scaled back on the squats. At 165lbs, they didn't feel easy so maybe the reduction was a good move

Squats

Points to consider

  • 165lb for 5x5 with 3 minute rests

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 95lb with 5 min rests.
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
  • shaky getting 5 reps on the 4th set and I was worried about hurting my neck, but it's now the next day and my neck still feels OK
  • Might be worth trying to do 3 reps in first breadth and then 2 reps in the 2nd breadth

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 225lb
  • Felt a bit iffy on my wrist, but not so painful that I wasn't able to finish
  • Lower back didn't felt fine
  • Somehow bruised just above my knees. Due to sloppy lower?
