- Trying a slightly wider grip so my elbows are more inline with my torso rather than being flared back
Overhead press

- 4x5 @ 105lb; with 5 minute rests

Deadlift

- successful reps: 4
- Hips were rising early and back was rounding :\ Too tired from volume of squats and OHP to keep the form together or is the problem more general than that?
