  • Trying a slightly wider grip so my elbows are more inline with my torso rather than being flared back

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 110lb;
  • 4x5 @ 105lb; with 5 minute rests
  • successful reps: 4, 5, 4, 3, 4

Deadlift

  • 1x5 @ 325lb
  • successful reps: 4
  • Hips were rising early and back was rounding :\ Too tired from volume of squats and OHP to keep the form together or is the problem more general than that?
