Squats
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 265lb
- Planned to try 270lb but I was hesitant to try that as I haven't been squating very consistently recently.
- Moved fairly well, but my balance felt off. A little too far forward. No vids :\
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 110lb; successful reps: 4
- 2x5 @ 105lb; all reps were successful
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 315lb
- Watching my feet, I can see that I was often (especially on the last pull) not centered over my mid foot and actually too far on my heels
