  • Went well but my legs certainly felt the effects of the exertion

  • Had a fair bit of muscle shake, but got it gone


Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 310lb
  • Even though I was feeling shaky after all of the squats and OHP, I still tried
  • Form wasn't great (too tired?) and I failed to finish the 5th rep
