- 5x5 @ 225lb with 4/6 min rests
- Went well but my legs certainly felt the effects of the exertion
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5x5 @ 95lb with 4/5 min rests
- Had a fair bit of muscle shake, but got it gone
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 310lb
- Even though I was feeling shaky after all of the squats and OHP, I still tried
- Form wasn't great (too tired?) and I failed to finish the 5th rep
