Feeling decent and not too sore. Yay!

Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5+ @ 175lb with 2/3 min rests; 4 min rest before amrap
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 10

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x7+ @ 85lb with 4 min rests and 5 min rest before amrap
  • successful reps: 7, 7, 9
  • came close to grinding out 10 on the last set. The bar was over my head but I started shaking too much

Pullups

Points to consider

  • successful reps: 10, 10, 7
  • Next time I'll bring a harness and add 10lb
