- successful reps: 5, 5, 10
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 3x7+ @ 85lb with 4 min rests and 5 min rest before amrap
- successful reps: 7, 7, 9
- came close to grinding out 10 on the last set. The bar was over my head but I started shaking too much
Pullups

- successful reps: 10, 10, 7
- Next time I'll bring a harness and add 10lb
