Lower back was a bit sore yesterday so I decided to scale back a bit today

Squats

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 135lb with 2 min rests; 185lb felt terrible

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5x5+ @ 85lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 9

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x7 @ 225lb
  • Tried to go until form/grip started to wane. Got 7, i think
