Too tired after not enough sleep for the last day or two and climbing hard the night before

  • I was tired and didn't like my control on the 3rd set so I stopped after 4

Overhead press

  • 3x5 @ 100lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 3, 1, N/A
  • Felt like shit so I stopped after the absymal 2nd set

Deadlift

  • 1x5 @ 275lb ; Too tired so I didn't do any deadlifts today
