  • 3x5 @ 145lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 5, 3, 4
  • Fucked up somehow on the 2nd set, but form felt OK.
  • I didn't feel as much control as I would have liked. I'll do one more attempt at 150 and then deload to 135, if I don't complete 150.
  • 3 fails in a row so time to bring it back to 135lb next time
