  • 5x5 @ 255lb with 6-10min rests

Overhead Press

Points to consider

  • 5x3 @ 110lb; with 4min rests
  • Using 35lb bar
  • Didn't make a focused enough approach. felt good on first set and went for 5. Failed pressing out 4 or 5 (i forget)
  • Then failed to lock out 3 on the 5th set :\
