- Felt not that great, but I was still able to get it done
Bench press

- 5x3 @ 110lb
- successful reps: 3, 3, 3, 3, 2
- New rep/set scheme to keep intensity high and up the volume. Went well, I think.
- Also concentrating still/more on hip thrust at the start of the bar movement. Feeling more productive recently.
Pullups
