Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 250lb; with 5 minute rests
  • Felt not that great, but I was still able to get it done

Bench press

Points to consider

  • 5x3 @ 110lb
  • successful reps: 3, 3, 3, 3, 2
  • New rep/set scheme to keep intensity high and up the volume. Went well, I think.
  • Also concentrating still/more on hip thrust at the start of the bar movement. Feeling more productive recently.

Pullups

Points to consider

  • 3x7 @ +35lb with 3 minute rests
  • successful reps: 6, 5, 5
