- 3x5 @ 65lb
- look forward a bit more
- need to work on getting to proper depth on each rep
Bench Press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 50lb
- Make sure bar touches chest
- smoother transition at bottom. Steady movement down, touch it to the chest and then press it up
Deadlift
Points to consider
- did 3 reps/singles at 95 to make sure the lower back stayed straight
- 1x3 @ 95lb ... only recorded the first 2
- when lowering the bar, keep the back straight instead of relaxing and allowing it to arch
